I feel like I'm going to be sick, I'm constantly dehydrated and I can't remember what I did last night.
Any suggestions?!

Drink, but not to excess. I personally don't see the point of having my head down the pan for most of the morning/afternoon.James Martin wrote:Not really, because I've already drunk.

Hope that helps.
Although many maintain thiat it's the worst thing you can do, I still swear by hair of the dog. A large part of a hangover is withdrawl - putting a little bit of alcohol back in will do wonders. The important thing to remember with it though is to only drink a small amount and then drink nothing else for the rest of the day - as unpalatable as it might sound now if you manage to get the first pint inside you you will want another one; don't have it.I feel like I'm going to be sick, I'm constantly dehydrated and I can't remember what I did last night.
