Come now, scream with me!

aaaaaarrrrrrggggghhhhh.

So what do you do when you get into a rage or are angry about something? I've had a rubbish day, and it's looking to get worse before it gets better.

I'm trying the listening-to-music-with-headphones-and-forget-about-everything trick, and it's working :)

Dwelling on it tends not to help. If I'm really angry or pissed off about something I just find a bottle of something very alcoholic, and I drink it. That doesn't really help either but it doesn't happen as often as it use to.

Loud music is a really good idea in my opinion, I've tried it several times and it works for me. Although I have heard that listening to music while travelling on a bus is a bad idea!

I quite like the loud music idea too, but sadly it's very unusual for it to be practical :x so it's headphones most of the time! paaah.

Am feeling nice and relaxed today, but I'm sure that'll change..

Why's that Ben? You live at home or with flatmates? It has occurred to me more than once that I don't really know anything about you - in comparison to the scraps of knowledge I have pieced together about other forumees.

Do tell (as this is your thread).

On topic: I'm having a busy month or so at work and find myself having mini-moments where I could very easily scream. I have to stop myself getting into a mood because it usually means I can't effectively function.

not wishing to be rude, but i have a hunch that babyben is a forumer who has made a hoo-ha about leaving, but then returned under a new guise.

Nope, I'm all new - looked on the TV forum for a while, when the mocks bit interested me, until it was over-run with MS Paint/powerpoints, and another mock for the BBC.. Then I noticed the link on here, floated for a while.. and erm, here I am. Woo.

About me? I'm naturally just shy and don't give much away. I'm like that in person as well.

Why? Too many scary people on the internet for starters
