Who cares about blocking this IP? I'd suggest you actually learn to write properly before asking people to do things.

This is not a legitimate thread GJ Online.
Your bandwidth has been zapped further to complaints about your excessively large signature.
Amend the signature to a more appropriately sized GIF and you won't have these problems.
