Well just today to go before the start of British Summer Time (and the lack of one hour's sleep too!) So who is looking forward to it, I can't wait. Longer summer evenings, ladies wearing little. Bliss!

On a serious note, everyone seems to be more happier and relaxed. Obvious as it sounds but if your like me, I tend to get all depressed in the darker nights of Winter. Thankfully the mild week of late has helped no end.

So who's looking forward to the summer. Anyone got anything exciting planned excluding holidays away. Anything good in this country?

In Consett, is doesn't matter what time of year it is... they still wander about wearing their 'extended belts' - come rain or shine.

I wouldn't care that much if I didnt have to go into work an hour early.

Plus, I also have to get up early anyway to take thbe hour and half walk to work. Its fun fun fun!!

Thank god for the summertime.

Although I plan to spend the summer working my arse off, I shall no doubt have time to indulge in the ladies! oh yes!

Meanwhile, I'm living like a saint until April 10th (student loan gets paid in!). wooo!

Indeed - more light is lovely, especially for those of us mad enough to get up at stupid o'clock, like 4am. When you get to the middle of summer and it's getting light as you're getting up, makes it feel more like you should be up!

Though of course clocks going forward does make it that bit darker for that bit longer for a few weeks...

Grrrrr!!! Why do Windows files timestamps change when the clocks do? I have a homemade rudimentary file backup program that copies files whose timestamps have changed. Everytime the clocks change, all the files get backed up. Very, very annoying

Here's a great idea.. *puts on a watch-with-mother-accent*

1. Double click on your time in the systems tray.

2. Select the "Time Zones" tab

3. Look to the bottom, gosh isn't this fantastic, uncheck the "automatically adjust.." option.

4. Well look at that children, one person's problem solved and a moaning face shut.
