I have a big problem. I like to shop with Tesco Download for music because it's cheap than some others and the music is normally encoded at a higher bitrate. However since I got a new hard disc and install of windows etc I've never been able to transfer Tesco tracks to my MP3 Player.

I cannot transfer them in WMP or the MP3 players software. WMP tells me it cannot find the license but it plays those files fine enough.

It's getting slightly annoying as I have to keep recording them as MP3's before I transfer them. Anyone got any ideas what I can do?

Have you tried exporting the licenses from your old WMP and importing them onto your new computer?

Em I got a new hard disc etc because the other one broke completely.

It's not old music just it's ALL music even the new files. There ain't no going back lol.
