What's in a name? MS v EU

Interesting little article on the BBC News site:

I find it intriguing that MS are "now in talks with the body to try to reach an understanding". Or is this just (possibly) a way of saying that MS are going to bully Euroscience in to losing their legitimate name?

I wonder what the outcome will be...
