One for all Remote control (Topline 5) problems

HI,

FOr some reason the codes for the Scientific Atlanta Cable boxs' don't work for my O4A remot. the most i get on teh cable box is a message telling em that the bateries are weak.
(Even though they are brand-spanking-new)

I've tryed they're website but it's the same ruddy non-working codes.

Can Anyone shed some light on the situation?
