WinTV Nova DVB-Terrestrial

Hello again. I have a WinTV-NOVA-T usb Here on the Hauppauge Website and I want to know if there is any way of encoding the Mpeg videos as they aren't at the moment. Please could you help me with this. Cheers, Adam.
