Having problems with my copy of illustrator (Won't Load) and require the EPS editing facility so i can use in photoshop.

is there ANY way i can convert the EPS files so i can edit them in photoshop (With Layers intact) bearing in mind i am on a MacOS X.

any help is apreciated
