that's not Longhorn, that's the media center 2005 theme called "royale"

You wont find any exact Longhorn themes, as it uses a new system for putting graphics on screen, and has 3d and transparancy features.
By time Longhorn is released, expect it to look very different to XP or previous windows versions.
