Cheapest Telco?

Good evening pop-pickers!
What's the cheapest Telco to use at the moment? I have a BT landline and am currently subscribed to the basic SkyTalk service.
I don't use the phone that often, and if I do, it's normally in the evening to local numbers.
Anyone got any experience of TalkTalk or Tele 2?
Is there a comparison link on the internet somewhere?
Any advice appreciated.
