Net not working.

Howdy, howdy, howdy.
OK here's my problem. I have two computers. Both with networked and thats all fine... I can share files use remote desktop whatever. However try as I might I cannot get Internet Connection Sharing to work. I have enabled it on the server, and the client sees it in network connections, and can connect and disconnect form the net. But I cannot get internet explorer (client PC) to actually use the net, nor anything else. I've tried using home networking wizard about 8 times but it's still not working... help.
