Back in 1995, My mum got 4 numbers and the bonus, and thought she'd won about £10,000. She was dancing round the house until she phoned the national lottery claimline, and she ended up with just £74.00!

I occasionally buy a scratchcard, and have won my quid back a couple of times. I won a tenner about three years ago on the main Lottery draw.

Has anyone here won anything on the lottery, or know someone who has?

I was in a lottery synidicate with about five others for over a year, five lines of numbers, and I think we only ever won a tenna...

I've won the occasional £1 or £2 from scratchcards, never won a penny from the main draw. My parents have played it virtually every week since it started, and they've only won two £10 prizes.

Won a few quid on Scratchcards, but nothing else really.

I, in a syndicate of 5, got 5 numbers in the first six months of the lottery starting. It was about £2,500, so we got around £500 each.

Doesn't seem much for 5 numbers, does it?

If you'd had the bonus too, you'd have had about £40,000 each!

I've won loads of tenners on Lotto. Don't enter any of the others although I suspect my father does EuroMillions.

I had another wee win of £90, and then stopped playing, so I can safely say that I have won more than I have lost.

The third time my friend played he won £10, so that was lucky for him. I never play, someone always gets me loads for my birthday every year and I haven't won a thing from them.

£10 are my total net earnings!

A few tenners, nothing more. Had a couple of shots at the Irish Lottery but no luck on that either. What I wasn't told that to win on 3 numbers, you had to have chosen only 3 on your payslip. Aside from that, a few scratchcard wins but I haven't bought a scratchcard in years.
