Although arguably true, possibly the least helpful replies one can imagine when someone cant access their mail.

Well I have to agree about the sheer uselessness of hotmail.
Mind you it seems the whole of Passport has been playing up recently, apparently it's due to everyone's passports being upgraded reading for Messenger 6.2
Talking of which why have I now got a load of useless groups in MSN such as Coworkers which I cannot delete for love nor money.
