Its very interesting becuase the Edinburgh Evening News did a text broadcast message saying "Boyfriend Charge with Jodi murder", which arrived on my friends phone. In the published story they then said he was "suspected to be her boyfirend".

There are fairly serious legal ramification to this - they have already published his name (when he was being questioned some weeks ago), and the law says you cannot name minors in cases such as this, so I'm not sure where they can go from here.
