Your response is equally hollow. You were content to publicise his demise in your original post, so I find it odd that only now you choose to add that he was "a fucking good teacher".

I don't think the moral high ground is a good place to position yourself.

I think if you read my post carefully, Sput, you will find no relishing on my part. An acceptance of the less desirable aspects of human character was the discussion I was prompted to begin after your post.
Listen here you despicable piece of shit, I "publicised his demise" because I thought it was interesting that, given what had just been said in the thread, the guy who warned against such a fate himself suffered it, and not for the reasons he gave. That you think your change of subject immediately after my post was just a coincidence insults the intelligence of everybody here. The arrogance that you're showing, that somehow you know better than I do about HOW I FUCKING FEEL (which is irrelevant to the facts) about what happened to this guy is astonishing, even by your standards.

Just me who read that as slightly sinister and a very dark piece of humour then?

I was too busy being incensed, but that IS fab.

Well my first thought was when does he ever find free time with all that backlog of cake baking?

If the Mirror is anything to go by, he should have baked three this week.

And natural order has been restored.

Another tip for free, comments like that won't get you very far. You're only giving further ammunition for yourself.

The fact that you resort to such language illustrates the difficulty you are facing defending your original post. Perhaps you should’ve included the above statement of support for your former teacher rather than making your usual ‘one sentence’ missive on the board.

Accusing me of arrogance or of changing the subject after your post doesn’t really detract from your original statement, does it? If it does, then please explain the logic.

I do find it rather sad that you made a somewhat ‘feral’ call for support by suggesting that I have insulted ‘the intelligence of everybody on here’. I did no such thing; perhaps you should defend your own point of view rather than ask others to shout down or humiliate your detractors.

CUNT ALERT - YOU ARE A GRADE A CUNT

I read Sput's post as a look back on how sad it was that after warning kids about the perils that may lay ahead, he then fell foul of them himself.

But, fuck how anyone feels. As long as you're right, eh Stuart?

Besides ,Sput's first post was merely a statement, not an opinion on what happened. You have created an opinion based on what you think you know about Sput and what you've gathered from an internet forum. Which is very little, to be honest.

Yes, James, you've summed up nicely what by far the majority of us are thinking.
