You're probably right Nini. I do tend to buy from local farmshops but i won't be buying ready meals from supermarkets anymore.

Yes, assuage your guilt. Usually the hippy way to get you to do something you probably wouldn't otherwise, play on something that creates guilt and call it "ethics".

Or you want to do it and it's fab that you're doing this now!
