Tumble Tower Watch News and Information Board
I never can understand why some people like to make a dramatic point of posting "How do I delete my account". Are they expecting a flurry of well-wishers to persuade them to stay? Or are they fearing an overwhelming and irresistable compulsion to return later?
Surely, if a Metropoller no longer wishes to participate then they simply delete it from their "favourites" or the desktop icon if that is their method of entry. Either way, just don't log in again. It's not as though Metropol will suddenly auto-load one day unexpectedly!
On a seperate note:

Surely the whole point of PMs are that they are private, and not intended to bore other board members needlessly.wells wrote:I had the following PM from him tonight.

I don't pay any attention to TVF these days, but from what I can tell this bloke is:Hi Wells. Sorry about the delay in replying. This is how my weekend in Swansea went.
Friday 7 September I left Bath just before 7:30 am. Enjoyed a pleasant hitch-free train journey from Bath Spa to Swansea, with one quick change at Newport. I could tell you the train numbers if you really want them. Once there I walked to where I had booked to stay for three nights, a guest house (it actually calls itself a hotel) on the sea front. I had a sea view.

I'll tell you about Sunday and Monday tomorrow as I'm tired now and want to go to bed.

Therefore, I can only come to the conclusion that Tumble Tower is the real life version of...

Given the previous post(s) about him, possibly, being a wind-up, I wonder if that's who the character's based on?Jamez wrote:MR BEAN

Yet you appear to have singularly failed, thus far, to edit the post which you say should have been a PM, to replace the current text with something along the lines of "Sorry - Posted in error - Please ignore".wells wrote:it was ment to be a PM for Hyma.

And even so, it was still a request to have your account removed. Why don't you just cease posting?
Ronnie is victorious, vivacious in victory like a venomous dog. Vile Republicans cease living while the religious retort with rueful rhetoric. These rank thugs resort to violence and swear revenge.
But Ronnie can punch through steel so they lose anyway.

Thank You, kind sir!Nick Harvey wrote:wells wrote:Is their away for me to delete my acount?Hymagumba wrote:facinating. perhaps you could piss off with him too?Yet you appear to have singularly failed, thus far, to edit the post which you say should have been a PM, to replace the current text with something along the lines of "Sorry - Posted in error - Please ignore".wells wrote:it was ment to be a PM for Hyma.
I think Nick's suggestion was better than what the edited post became:wells wrote:Thank You, kind sir!Nick Harvey wrote:....something along the lines of "Sorry - Posted in error - Please ignore".

Most importantly, what code will he use for Dave?
