I'm so glad that this argument has come back round for the millionth time, said no-one. Mouseboy33 has a peculiar way of acting like a dick, and then when he's called out for being a dick makes it look like everyone but him is instead.

I'm glad it's only him who's an insufferable dick out of the American members. I've had sensible debates with Charles and Rkolsen who at least listen to other people's points.

It's not even worth arguing the point when he posts dismissive/non-sequitur responses to avoid an actual discussion that doesn't paint him as being right.

I don't really care about whether or not the Doctor is male or female but it is absolutely ludicrous to call other people sexists for having a personal preference about the main lead of a bloody sci-fi show.

As expected really. A couple of members not particularly showering themselves in glory (barcy for one), and then backpeddling as if whatever they've said is absolutely fine because it's 'a debate'. As I've said in the thread, I'm happy to debate a proper argument, but if it's just people complaining because the new Doctor is a woman then as far as I'm concerned they don't have a valid argument in the first place.

That thread does show up some members who I would have considered respectable up until now.
