Appears to work fine for me, though bad news if you're talking about WAP: http://tvforum.uk/wapthegeek wrote: Fri 26 May, 2017 16.13 The mobile view doesn't seem to work for me anymore. Something funny with my phone, or is it the same for everyone?

Good lord. While I rarely contribute to the Newsroom - the constant negativity with regards to Sky News does come to something.
I see where you get the comparison from, but come on, I've never complained about technical foul-ups. They're the fun part of live broadcasting.
I don't share your views on a lot of things, but I'm pleased that we've got common ground on something.cityprod wrote: Tue 30 May, 2017 10.12I see where you get the comparison from, but come on, I've never complained about technical foul-ups. They're the fun part of live broadcasting.
(my favourite kind of technical problems are the ones that you can work around without the viewer or listener or SLA beancounter noticing. Those and the ones that happen to other people's channels.)

I don't think anyone minds the occasional mention of the technical niggles, some can be fun, but with IsleOfIreland he'd catalogue every niggle and then rant about how rubbish Sky News is.

EastEngland who is a 'new' member is I suspect another account of IsleOfIreland. Like him, he's bashing Sophy Ridge. Just waiting for him to have a go at the graphics.

I have to admire Jon for his boldness in expressing such a dissenting opinion on the benefit concert.

I think he makes a very valid point, but it is difficult to make such a point in situations like this without being shot down as heartless. Sometimes it's better to keep these niggling doubts to yourself and allow others to enjoy the pretence that they are the voice of sincerity and moral superiority.

I thought Jon handled the criticism rather well to be fair.

I have to agree with him. I also can't help but chuckle at some of the overly-righteous responses. This is the second time I've seen JCB pull the sexist card.
