There was a Toby Lerone on there many years ago, back in the days of Anne O'Rack and Duff L'Cote.
Half a crown would put the IP address on the South Bank!

This ones clearly based in Northern Ireland. I wonder if this is a case of mistaken identity.

Baconroll101 has made three posts so far. One is verging on useful; the other two remind me that the school holidays must almost be upon us.

Complete with this eloquent answer to Cwathen's post:
Cwathen, commercials in themselves sell or mis-sell products which may be a waste of money if the product doesn't do what it says it will do, the people who appear in them may have either died, have a side to them which we may be shocked by or disapprove of, and some male adult stars I do find attractive and so, to this end, I don't feel that having commercial breaks on my channels would be interesting. Other people put commercials on their channels so I want to offer something different. ITV and Channel 4 would be far better off without commercials because they are repetitive and boring in themselves.

They'd be better off without commercials. And with 20 minute long pieces of music over still captions instead. Because that will make money and keep the viewers watching.

And the Christopher Williams thread has vanished.
I wonder if Mr.Williams will take legal action of us discussing his awful mocks?

Looks like he's been terminated from TVF too as the link to his profile in my history is also invalid along with the thread.
Lets pray he doesn't turn up here...

Ooh missed that myself! That's a shame, I'll never get to reply to him. What post was this in response to?
I don't know why they deleted the thread, what exactly is Mr Williams going to do? Write a complaint to the IBA in 1974 and then answer it himself?
EDIT - by the magic of Google cache, I can see Mr Williams took no prisoners when threatening everyone with legal action:
This is a warning to all of you who have posted on here. Carry on talking about me in this way and I will take legal action against all of you for cyberbullying and for making my life uncomfortable and unpleasureable. I have warned Neil and Oliver and now this will apply to the other people who have posted on this and other sites. Don't answer this but think to yourselves: How would you like it if people started talking about you in this way on a public forum via the Internet? Please stop NOW. Thank you
Guess I'd better call my solicitor then?

TV Forum moderation policy is to delete posts and threads which are in the slight bit inappropriate, instead of just locking them, which would be much more preferable and transparent
