It's not limited to the right though. Many has been the day that I've had "Lentil Labour Liberal leftie flip flop sandal boiled cabbage CUNT" levelled at me, but I don't think I was going to those extremes with Chie. As Sput pointed out - It seems a lot more like Chie and Grindon were annoyed that their views were being challenged, and making out like they were being depressed. If he'd actually defended their views in a more substansial way without saying 'oh well you're trying to opress my opinions, clearly', then maybe they wouldn't be so open for it.

But Chie HAS been defending his views. Every single one of them. The problem is that YOU don't agree with him. You aren't the barometre of what is right and wrong.

Are you saying that Chie didn't try to say that my taking issue with his views was somehow making me look oppressive? Because he did.
Even though I actually am the barometre of what is right and wrong, I at least had arguments of my own to hand. I didn't just respond to everything he said with one word dismissals.
Sput - I have been going on a bit. It's to compensate for my year long inactivity and the amount of frustration I felt every time Chie posted things I found to be disagreeable.

There was one particular advert that used to air regularly during Countdown where the opening shot was a nondescript middle-aged African man sitting with a giant bandage over his mouth.
Shocking at first, but when you saw the same advert day after day, month after month, and then year after year, you realise that that wound has long since healed and he's probably getting on with life.

Well Hymenfumbla, I excised the swearing from all of my previous posts and didn't profane after that, as per your then polite and reasonable request. Perhaps that should've been taken as an indication that I'd have been glad to carry out any other request subsequent to that, thus relieving you of the 'need' to make that impish little snipe.
And you've a reputation for having the biggest set of blowhardy lungs this side of the Rio Grande when arguing with people, so don't you tell
me about bellends and how to blow them.

You're not doing yourself any favours here, Ronnie.
I strongly suggest you back off and go quiet for a week or two.
