So I tell him I want to keep the length but need the back and sides tidied up cos they look a mess. Just to give you the picture, the first thing he does after I say that is to cut my fringe nice and short. What a bloody idiot. And then he does this token rough cutting of the top of my hair, and flattens the whole lot down even though he's acknowledged I want it messy. Nearly had a heart attack when he got the mirror out to signal the end of the process. It doesn't look *too* bad, but it's short when I wanted it to get longer, and the only thing he's kept long is the very back so now I have what looks like a stupid mullet. What a cock.

And by the way, it's not that it looks bad, it's that it isn't anything remotely like what I asked for.
