Not defending the guy's attitude, but you're only really telling half a story here.
The point is he continued to give it the know it all after Rob posted the proof, then called everyone a bunch of c****s!

He could have admitted he was wrong and left it at that.

Not wishing to defend the user's actions but I feel I should correct what he actually said. The swear filter was slightly misleading in this instance as the word censored was actually "wankers" and not 'the c word'.

Aaron 2015 still hasn't taken in the advice we've given him about his mocks and yesterday he churned out yet another samey GMB mock.

I think you'll find that's two months work that he released yesterday.

I just avoid The Gallery now unless I see a name that I trust to post something good.

Ronnie_1990. I bet he's cityprod's brother, but in true Peter/Christopher Hitchens style, he's the right wing one.

Thought it was going to be Ronnie Rowlands at first, then I saw the last three words of the post!

It's been a while since the last batch of pseudo-moderators, hasn't it? Well, if you were missing your fix of members thinking that they rule the place worry no more as MatthewFirth and FrancisIdents are here to sort things out for you.

MatthewFirth in particular is being quite annoying in the Gallery over someone uploading someone else's mock to YouTube - he keeps referring to the forum as a 'we' as if he's co-ordinating a response and ultimately he's getting involved for no reason. I don't know why he's so keen for action to be taken and why he needs to be the figurehead of whatever action is being taken, but there we are.

Meanwhile, I note a few weeks back that FrancisIdents was claiming credit for getting someone to delete DTV's mocks from the Sketchup Warehouse, claiming that the someone only relented upon the threat of Francis terminating his membership to 'The TV Lounge' - a forum with 20 members who all seem to be about 12. The 'current affairs' section of the forum is particularly booming, with threads either obituaries with no responses, or a topic like Clarkson which has broken all records with six replies.

It's been a while since I've been over to the TV Lounge. It's worse than I remembered,

There's a sketchbook forum, which is essentially a mock forum for people who are shit at mocks (but not too shit, otherwise FrancisIdents will close your thread). Apparently it exists so you can post your early ideas to be critiqued, but I don't see much of that going on except by FrancisIdents himself. A bit of an ego trip, I'd say.

The forum only exists in the first place because "The TV Shelter" (no, me neither) shut down. That forum had 246 members; The TV Lounge has 20.

IIRC, The TV Shelter was created as a replacement for the legendary TV Ark Forum.

Actually, The TV Shelter was created as a replacement for the original TV Lounge, which was in and of itself a replacement for TV ARK Forum.
