All Northern Ireland insurance company adverts are equally dreadful.

A bad advert is bad in any way, be it "my cat loves whiskas, I love my cat" or the "I love my cat, and my cat loves whiskas". The ad is just plain rubbish.

Thankfully, some of us have thought better of the idea and avoided doing them.

From my tellywatching last night, I note that Gavin from AutoGlass seems to have been replaced by Steve from AutoGlass. In an odd twist, it looks like Steve drives a van with Gavin printed on the side.

This is a distressing development.

Oddball ad for Plenty kitchen towel featuring 'Juan Sheet' - a Nicolas Cage look-alike - and pronunciation just itching to be misheard.
