The site isn’t active anymore, so the design really doesn’t matter. Every post is still there and still readable. Nothing has been deleted or broken. I honestly don’t understand why you're so pissed off, because the alternative was leaving the forum in a faulty state or even closing it down permanently.

TV Forum is now back online as of this morning. It still has the redirect link to Pres Café so TVF won't be returning.

Pres Cafe being on Cloudflare, which has been in the news of late for several high profile online outages in recent months, must be causing all this downtime on the site.
