Jane presents on rare occasions, she presented the News at Six and News at Ten, both 7 times last year
If that was something I knew or deemed interesting, I'd probably just say "a few times" or "about half a dozen".
and
Fiona presented 31 times on the news channel last year, and presented a lunchtime bulletin twice on BBC1.

She was last on screen on the 1st November on the 0830-1100 shift with Tim
I don't usually check the Rotas thread as it is quite tedious at the best of times but this was in a league of its own.
BBC News Fix belongs in that special group of inane contributers like that one a few years back who used to comment on the women's outfits and then started a second account only to deny they were connected after some great detective work from one of the other members.

Some of his other gems
Gavin last presented Newsnight on Friday 15th November at 10:35pm till 11:10pm.
After a full week of presenting the 2-5 shift, Christian Fraser is already back in Paris reporting on the French First Lady! Busy one he is.
many different faces have appeared recently on this shift.
With GMT being finished for the year, Nik Gowing brings you a generic bulletin still in Studio C rather than Studio B
Also the fact that nearly all his posts end with an exclamation mark gets on my wick!!!!!!!

Do you not agree that Adele would jump at the opportunity if the old fogies at the BBC would only give her a chance to represent her country?

I think we should send Jane Hill to represent us.

I really don't get where DVB Cornwall has this idea that the Swedish take Eurovision with 100% serious with no camp presenters. I've not watched much of this Melodifestivalen lark we hear so much about but we saw enough in the semi-finals and final last year to see it's as much a bit of fun for them as it is for us.

Does he not realise those clips are meant to be funny?

If we had a DVB Cornwall run BBC it would be as a popular in this country as it is in France where it gets a couple of million viewers. The BBC must be doing something right.

Also what's with Barcode's obsession with ITV showing Aussie soaps?

I thought last year's show overall was the best in terms of production for several years actually. It struck the balance just right.

Is it me, or are the rota cretins getting more banal than ever?
