Couldn't have said it better myself! Since when does a "Permanent banning" mean a two-month ban!? Does that go for all the other "permanent" bannees?

James, you clearly don't have one scrap of dignity - returning after calling Metropol "a members only club for gays, old men and perpetually drunk middle-aged women", defying the moderation (stating that Metropol's "mod [has] started going, let's face it, slightly mad.", "sort out your inability to moderate forums with an open-minded approach whilst he was at it" and at every turn and pretty much asking to be banned (continuing racist comments in the extreme even after being given about six "last warnings").

While you were 'voluntarily' not a member, you could just about maintain the stance of moral high ground - "beating the machine" or whatever authority complex it is you have. The fact that you've come crawling back despite all this doesn't show how you've 'won', but rather shows what a pathetic, hopeless character you are and why you have not, nor ever will, get anywhere in your pathetic dreams of a DJ career.

The saddest thing is, you can't even see just how undignified your return is - there's not one ounce of honour in it. Perhaps there would be if hundreds of people were begging for your return, but, wake up, mister, not one person expressed their desire for you to come back. In fact, people had all but forgotten about you - and I think that's what got at you; the fact that you're a failed personality, a failed poster, and a failed DJ is inescapable. You're a waste of oxygen.

It's strange learning that James Martin had made homophobic omments, i do recognise that face from somewhere, it will come to me one day.

With regards to CDD...

There were people who wanted to see me back (Nick Harvey being one) but nonetheless CDD you are entitled to your own opinion, I am sorry that you consider me to be a waste of oxygen.

I admit that I was out of line back then but as some of you - and Gavin - know, I was in a very bad place towards the end of last year following the collapse of my radio job. Those of you who work in the industry will know all about it.

There's a dirty rumour currently going round in the industry that I was sacked.

I was NOT, repeat, NOT sacked - I walked; it was ultimately MY decision.

This, joined with the fact that my previous employers refused to take my services back on, along with the split of my parents left me totally on the edge at the end of last year and I did some terrible things which I regret. I was out of line, I am sorry.

If you really do think I'm a failed DJ, then remember that I was third in the running for a breakfast gig recently so I must have pushed the right buttons for somebody; especially as that station has now taken me on as a relief presenter. Have you listened to any of my programmes recently? I imagine not.

You've got the right to shoot me down CDD but I also have a right to defend myself.

It must be a wonderful thing, CDD, to never have made a mistake, eh?
