Well, a CWilliams1983 has replied to this transdiffusion blog about the YouTube Cwilliams- he seems as pissed off as the rest of us about him.

I presume the one on TV Forum is the same person!

How many words does it take to say absolutely nothing?

I know that they are returning to more of a GMTV feel but I do hope they haven't got a false window scene behind a red sofa and they come up with something more original. A video backdrop would be much better, possibly with a live scene/image. The false window would just be a step back in time too far and very old fashioned.
I have no idea. But I would not be surprised at all too see a fake window. An I somewhat doubt a live video video will be brought in, I wouldn't be surprised to see an ITV News inspired virtual studio. Not sure what backdrop they will go for, maybe a Lorraine, loose women style? A loose woman style desk I think isn't a bad move, could be serious yet light hearted, I would like to see different presentation area for before 7 & after 7- ie News coming from desk, the main show from a sofa or such like.

Not completely sure, but I'm sure I read somewhere (possibly on here) that they were planning on keeping the Daybreak name, i think it's not a completely ruined brand- for the Entertainemnt style show that is. I would like A different programme name for the news part of the show.

I wish Daybreak would surprise him by presenting from behind a giant foam banana in the International Space Station, and rename themselves "Dayspace".
