You'll probably be able to get a good hint as to the wiring from the back of the socket if you can get a look at it.

Watch out for those "screw" looking things holding the socket in; they're probably bolts, so don't lose the nuts inside the beastie, like I have on many an occasion!

If you're in luck, there'll just be two pins connected at the back, and one will, hopefully, obviously be the screen.

The other thing to watch out for is if you order a DIN plug. They come in 3, 5 and 7 pin varieties, so make sure you order the correct one.

Oooooh, a thread resurrection! I like it when this happens. AEI Rediffusion's standard hookup (for the RM1, RM2 and RM3, but not sure on the Pro Amp 120 or RMA amplifier) used to be this.
Pin 1 - Signal I/P Unbalanced
Pin 2 - Signal Return
Pin 3 - Signal I/P Balanced
Pin 4 - Priority Selector
Pin 5 - Priority Selector
(On shorting pins 4 and 5, it would fade off any music, and pause the tape playing) If you're connecting a microphone, you WILL need this connection. I'll link you to a suitable microphone.

I'm guessing you've bought a unit or a store, or work at a shop and this system was installed when you purchased it/started working there?
