Does it ever bother other people that members in the other place will be discussing the death of an actress or other media involved person, but not one person can be bothered to write "Rest in peace" and instead just appear to slap down "R.I.P".
I know it's quite trivial really but it's slightly irritating as there is no character limit that prevents the words Rest in Peace being typed.

That used to be my most common rant - but I bored myself with it.
Am very sad about Lis Sladen; but I never do those rip threads, so I won't start now.

I would only post in a thread if a celeb passingmeant something to me. I was really sad when John Thaw died it was like a part of my youth died too. I'd feel the same when David Jason passes on. What is a sad passing on to me may not be to someone else. I respect others sadness and just let the threads pass me by. It's their moment and not for me judge their blessings. Unless of course all newsreaders are wearing black.

Changed my mind and made a comment. Very sad.

To be fair, some of those threads can turn into Digital Spy-esque comments about 'Well, it's very sad she's dead, but when does the next series start', although this one most fortunately hasn't.
Meanwhile, the first Gallery Design Competition is over, and it was quite successful - but will this be maintained in month two?

Then don't make ignorant comments like that.

So the mods delete all the complaints about JK08's remake of the daybreak logo, but don't remove the offending post, leading to the complaints over again... doesn't make sense.
