Ah. I know who you mean. He created a mock for the CBS Evening News and PM'd me with a request for a large PNG of the globe motif. I found it a bit cheeky to didn't bother making too much effort.

I am now fed up with MMTV on TV Forum. He thinks he is Gods greatest gift to the site and even tried to bribe me into saying his copies of the BBC News theme were good.
