Could you give an example?

The only example I can give is quite self-absorbed, a post I made a few days ago in the Sky News thread about why the new look is crap. Can't find it now as the search feature is useless. Admittedly there was a lot going on at the time, what with Burley and Boulton and the new side panels.

In general though I just get the sense that there are a lot of posters now who aren't remotely interested in pres and they're turning in to the majority. However it's quite possible that I'm just annoyed at my own posts being ignored.

there are quite a lot of posters who are only interested in rotas and it is often the case that any interesting developments are lost in amongst the noise.

The splitting of the BBC rota thread has in part helped for the news 24 thread, but there is still an awful lot of noise elsewhere.

Oh I get a bit like that too. Especially when I'd like a slew of readers to go "*zing*" at my comments.

Pete's right about the stalkers though. Especially the ones who sit noting presenter shifts and then tell us how sorry they feel for the presenters.

In the school that stevek2 works at, does he have any sort of responsibility for the education of pupils?

Another annoying habit, especially in the Sky News thread, is the complete ignoring of any critical opinion towards their own point of view. e.g. before the election when we asked why Grayling wasn't questioned on the B&B issue and they just steamrollered past out detailed replies. It's rude.

Frankly, I'd dispose of the lot of them. Or at least get them to learn how to use a forum properly, I mean look at this place, we engage Chie in debate even when he comes out with some of his nuttiest posts, we don't simply ignore him.

There does seem to be a catch-all response to any criticism levelled at Sky News - "Sky News iz da bestest" - regardless of what the criticism is about or any validity the poster may have.

Yes, you tried to draw attention to it in the thread too. Why exactly do you care, what harm is it doing you personally by being there?

Didn't you technically post a font a while back which was against the minutae of the rules?
