just wanted to add - good for you. i know the feeling of being paranoid about how you look. i personally am not that bad i must admit, although probably the same as most people, that doesn't stop me from worrying what other people think of me and my stomach that isn't *quite* perfect etc. to be honest anyone else wouldn't notice or mind in the slightest, but i think everyone has some degree of an inferiority complex and surgery like this can make a world of difference to someone's confidence. my mum had work done on her wonky teeth a few years back and she is so much happier about how she looks now and doesn't regret a thing.
