Am I the only one that think James Martin has too much saliva in his gob ? Or maybe he just talks too close to the microphone. It's like listening to the Spitting Image version of Roy Hattersley.

I listened to the serious JM demo - I'd change that to something a bit better.
Surely you don't talk like that in real life? All that Connn-grad-ulations bollocks is shocking.
You come across as an insincere wally who spends his life talking to himself. Calm down, be honest, and speak as though you were talking to your mother. Then we have a little more to work with.

You should see the advice he got about it on Media UK... the phrase "panned" springs to mind.

An actual post on Media UK...
Robert Rymond VO Avaliable For Use
Radio from CMP Radio and Kewlistic Radio
I’m not anything fancy but if you want me to say a few things then please get in touch!
Give’s me something to practice
I'm assuming this person has an absolutely fantastic voice, because he has neglected to post a demo of himself. He must be so good, that anyone who hires him will become instantly enchanted by his deep, rich voice.

I haven't edited this clip in any way.

Lol, Congrats on your editing technic
No offence James Martin.

Rob Rymond ain't exactly my flavour of the month - he used his sister's CMP account to host an allegedly co-hoseted programme with his sister, in order to gain extra airtime than one bronze CMP account would have provided him with. So he basically used his own two hours for a solo show, then his sister's account for a co-hosted two hours, which was, for 90% of the time, hosted by him.
CMP's got a bit of a problem with his type yet he won't realise it.

Does anybody care ? CMP is far too bureacratic, Anthony at Neon doesn't have any of these problems and runs a far superior setup from his back bedroom.

And you're a delusional idiot. Nobody gives a fuck about Neon/Glow/Whatever it is today beacuse Alldritt's operation is shite and you know it.
The egomaniacs - like yourself, Ison, TVMercia et al - were funny this time a year ago. Now you just come over as total knobheads.
Please, take a look at yourselves.

Well I'm not an egomaniac, and I can safely say I prefer Neon Radio (U.K.) The Best Music Station. As do the many others who have made his thread about 5,000 pages long compared to the rather lacklustre effort of CMP.
Plus Tony, sorry James, I don't think you take Neon Radio (U.K.) The Best Music Station seriously enough.
