I'm almost sad JM was banned as I am curious to know what was meant by
"forgive a woman who did far worse things than I ever did on the Metropol website"

It took me 4 goes to get that - even after reading your post above. Has he never heard of geocities?
Think he was complaining about not being able to afford website hosting fees, while giving out about the current economic climate, a government scandal and Five's reputation at the same time.

Personal highlight? ''a bank called rbs the uk the world'' or as I call it: EH2 2YE

Isn't that just an ugly Royal Mail Sorting Office rather than something insignficant?

No Stuart, that would be the RBS Headquarters.

Actually, I'm sorry to say that it is the Brunswick Street sorting office for the Royal Mail.

Nonetheless that won't stop me from saying Stu is wrong about it being "insignificant" - as that very road connects my flat with that of my best mate.

So on that basis its a very important street indeed.

The RBS headquarters is on the edge of the city and looks like this:

I worked for the firm of architects who did this building, dontchaknow.

The "Northern Ireland News" thread should really be renamed the "UTV News" thread. Oh and I dunno who "jumpinjack" is but the sound on idents is nicely (and easily) controlled by the BBC NI directors.

What, so my constant name-dropping/borderline lust of Gavin Andrews isn't enough for your liking? ;)

Maybe I should sort this machine out so I can actually watch Newsline and make the discussion a bit less Havoc House biased.
