I beat you to it ages ago

Please don't ban me for this, all I did was look through the source code and found a small peel/peel.js so I went there and found this :(

Also, is this a permanent launch on Saturday(Or whenever) or will you just add a link to the beta?

If it's a full launch, I expect the usual nightmare of missing posts and accounts after the Database transfer.

TV Forumers visiting: altrus, CrusadeforCentral, German Rudnev, Tumble Tower, tvmagman
Oh hell no.

Oh, I hadn't seen that - still, *scabbles desperately for a bright side* it created possibly a tad bit more forum traffic didn't it?

Some of the effects remind me a lot of Vista's graphical effects, and the fact that Segoe is the default font furthers the comparison in my mind anyway.

I like Aero, so it's in no way an insult. Just an observation.

davidlees clearly knows things that we don't

Paul Clark - of not being consulted when NI ditched the subtitles dog fame - is also in the conspiracy mood

Interesting to notice this thread which appears to have been dredged up by accident. davidlees has clearly been a delightful chap for some time now.

Not quite dredged up by accident...

I was just looking for a relevant Countryfile thread to talk about the move to prime time next week, the search facility couldn't find one, so I came accross that one via Google which I had started last year and interestingly was able to post in it.

A little while later I noticed my post had been deleted for no apparent reason. so tried to post again but got some error message so couldn't post/edit my post.
