The village of Ritoznoj in Slovenia: rit = butt; znoj = sweat; ritoznoj = buttsweat.

Just wait until Bill Bryson discovers this one!

(The original meaning of the name meant "where the sun shines on one's back".)

Not bizarre in their meaning, but bizarre in their spelling compared to their pronounciation, is many places in Norfolk. My favourite is Happisburgh, pronounced "haysburra".
