The "omg, they actually make that" thread

actaully to be fair to sainsbury's I surprsied myself with how good value they were lately. I wandered in the other day and bought absolutely masses of stuff (6 pack sainsbury's cola, nice type ready meal, large pick'n'mix bag, olives from the olive bar, yummy indian things from the deli counter, and some chewing gum) , and got change out of a ten pound note. it's odd because I had always seen them as being a bit on the expensive side, my normal shopping habits are M&S for bits and pieces and for when I am bored with Teso ready meals + Tesco for everything else like toilet paper and coke. it's a perception I think I need to revise.

If we're going to have a cereal contest, there is no forgetting the greatness that is Oats and More. Especially the raisin version.

Tell you what is utterly vile is SpecialK Oats'n'Honey and SpecialK Sustain. It tastes like they have taken Speial K, added nasty nuts to it, then added little rolled up bits of cardboard in between. THey can keep them as far as I'm concerned.
