Christmas chocolate bar.. Hm, 5 months ago it'd might have been around 3 months old so what, 8 month old chocolate replete with cocoa solids and that odd aired out taste? You're a sick one you are Grindon.

Ah yes, that was a ridiculous name change, as was Opal Fruits becoming Starburst. The name Snickers I'm fairly used to, far less than Marathon anyway, but I'm not bothered about that because I don't eat that particular chocolate bar.

I also preferred it when Caramel was just that, and not Dairy Milk with Caramel or whatever it is now. And a lot of redesigns for things like Hula Hoops and Walkers crisps are terrible too.

more fabulously, notice the direct line advert with the proper jingle and an 0181 phone number.

Really, Gavin? I didn't see you as the type to give in so easily to peer and societal pressure ;)

It's *always* the time and place... ;)

I saw Opal Fruits in Asda at Cribbs Causeway last night! I didn't know Starburst had gone back to its old name!

And just i was getting used to calling it Snickers they decide to go back to Marathon. Was never a fan of Opal fruits. Them and Murray mints remind me of carsickness and seasickness. My mum and dad always had a glovebox full of them to keep me and my brother quiet on long journeys.
The old tuck shop favourite of mine was Spangles and Mojos and Golden wonder cheese and onion crisps.

Do they still have tuck shops in schools these days?
