Maybe the new look should be scottish flags and deep fried foodstuffs in honour of metropol's north-of-the-border heritage.

Well that's the Italians for you. Corruption and intrigue marred the entire construction process. It was finished late and massively over budget. I blame the Cosa Nostra.
