Tsk, I can't believe such an important thread like this has been allowed to drop to page 3.

I purchased a couple of Morrisons bags for life recently - they are quite possibly the fabbest thing ever! Really nice design (I got the ones with apples on them), I use them all the time now. It does raise an interesting conundrum, however - is it socially acceptable to use a Morrisons bag for life for my shopping from Sainsburys? Or do I have to buy these bags from every major chain and keep them in my car just in case?

Also, I popped into the Morrisons Cafe today (which I love) and I was most pleased to notice that all of the napkins are now sporting the new logo, and claim to be made from unbleached recycled paper.

Has anyone else been to Morrisons more now that they have smartened themselves up? I know I have!

I had the same feeling of brand disloyalty when I used mine recently when popping down to my local Somerfield. They don't do a bag for life which is any bit better than those brown coloured ones Morrisons gave away for free recently so I didn't feel like I was being a turncoat for bringing an outside bag in with me.

Surely logic dictates that you always use a bag from a different supermarket, so the staff of the one you're visiting are extra specially nice and helpful to you, hoping to make a convert for life.

Or is that far too simplistic a view?

Actually, having thought about it, I think I feel next month's Comment coming on. Now, if I title it "Bag for Life", how much trouble am I likely to get into with 'er indoors?

For some reason I don't like the bag for life with the apples on them, although its more pleasant than the one with the baker and the dough as the picture. Although in the last couple of weeks Morrisons issued out 10 Million free reusable bags, although they aren't as strong as the other, they're good for free, it says on it Today makes a difference or some eco green crap.

Morrisons Cafe logo relaunched in March, it looks better now, it just says CAFÉ Niorrisons, with a little coffee swirl over the É, although the napkins look really dirty.

I must say now M&S have started this stupid charging for bags business the Bags for Life they are offering have become awfully poxy. However given that their customer base seems to consist entirely of wealthy old women I don't think bags are much of an issue for them as their customers go around with those weird trolleys they push in front of them.

It's seems Morrisons have a new 'celeb' trolley pushing ad, but does anyone know who the mystery female star is?
Or have they just gone for a unknown actor this time around, in the hope we all assume it's a celebrity we haven't come across before?

I notice 'Mozzies' as the employers seem to call it, now have a technology section, at least they do in their Newquay, Cornwall branch, it's and wait for this........ 'Techno @ M', yes you can imagine what I thought at the time, as for the technology on offer it was the usual mix of LCD TV's, DVD's and DAB Radios.

Why do people still insist on using a logo with an @ in it - that is so 19991.
I have seen this a few times recently by big and no so big companies.
The other thing (on a similar note) is people who put on their vans and lorries
