I've had one too! I do wish he'd post publicly.

He might even have breezed through your local boozer on the hunt for a soft play area.

No, my visit to Basingstoke on Saturday 29 March was to go to Aquadrome and Planet Ice at Basingstoke Leisure Park. I had no intention of going to a "local boozer" (I take it by that you mean a pub - short for public house). What made you think I would go to a local boozer in search of a soft play area?

That wasn't my first visit to Basingstoke this year. Last November I heard about the Milestones Living History Museum, and decided to pay it a visit on Saturday 26 January. That day I was in there from when it opened (11am I think) to when it shut (5pm).

Milestones Living History Museum happens to be at Basingstoke Leisure Park (on the outskirts of town), along with Aquadrome water slide complex, Planet Ice skating rink, Gala Bingo, a multiplex cinema and other attractions. Having caught the town shuttle bus from opposite the train station to the Leisure Park, the first things I noticed were Aquadrome and Planet Ice, before finally leaving the bus at the other end of the Park outside Milestones Living History Museum.

That inspired me to return to Basingstoke on Saturday 29 March to go swimming and water sliding at Aquadrome in the morning, followed by ice skating at Planet Ice in the afternoon.

Why's rfrancis51284 so disturbed about me having visited Basingstoke? Even if he lives at Overton near Basingstoke, I hardly think he'd have bumped into me on either of my two visits to Basingstoke in the first three months of this year.

That is disturbing in many different ways. Maybe he should sign up, all his little surreptitious PMs which involve others get posted here anyway so he might as well join the fun.

Hmm, in light of this (and that I won't be getting any of his inane PMs) I feel this is in order once again:

And just is case you missed it.

At least Tumbly Wumbly has stopped using those annoying codes.

Is the BS short for Ben Shatliff or something else?

Whatever it's short for, good bloody riddance to it.

It's a happy coincidence that it stands for Ben Shatliff AND Bullshit. The difference is subtle, if it even exists.

What's happened to the Metropol Thread-Update-o-Matic feature, anyway?

Boo at him for suggesting he takes it here, as if we want it.

In light of the new facts given to me by Grindon and Sputson, it seems that given there's nowhere else for us to get information on the site for politics and ITV1 and would welcome the Benjamin F. Shatliff Watch News and Information Board.
