It would be yes. Childs and Drummonds sort codes both went 'fully Mastercard' a couple of years back.
Interestingly apparently those sort codes are now closed to new business as well.
yes, the question occasionally comes up on the Monzo forums - it seems that for a while there was a legacy application form which you could access if you used the URL and changed a few attributes under the hood, but apparently that doesn't work anymore.
The sort code picker was still active back when I applied, and Child & Co was (almost) my closest RBS branch at the time, so it's almost a legit excuse. Still not had a reason to use the fancypants chequebook!
