A few hours ago, I posted on DS with a few points about everyone's favourite James Blunt impersonator Diana Vickers. (See here: http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/forums/show ... p?t=937019 ) One of the members called me arrogant and suggested I was jealous of her "talent" (?) so, thus, I wheeled out my version of Bring Him Home.

One of the members, -Serotonin- then decided to play Simon Cowell. Which is fair enough and I respect their opinion because DS is - supposedly - a free board, to which I have no objections.

I've just checked my email and found a few youtube notifications. Two comments written by this bloke: http://uk.youtube.com/user/SteGFrom30Yards who I assume to be -Serotonin-, the first of which, "Not as good as you think you are." I can just about deal with. But what I do object to is being told I am a "Fat, ugly cunt. Hope you get AIDS." by the same user.

What exactly warranted that? Can nyone find anything I've done that warranted that level of abuse?

Unless that H is really meant to be Martin, then no. You shouldn't have to take that, it's bang out of order, mate.

You stated an opinion on something they disagree with. Because it fills some void in their lives, they hold onto their opinion like someone will take it the fuck away from them and faced with a critique a little more robust than "I don't like her because she's shit" they can't actually defend their position so they shoot you instead.
