I take it you're back.

How was sunny Wiltshire?

You didn't pop over and visit.

Sunny Wiltshire was amazing as always, although the amount of frost we had was enough for me to roll up into a pseudo snowball and put it down Mrs Alexia's back... for which she hit me. The lake was entirely frozen up, and cycling through the forest was a bit tougher this year - mostly due to my post-Christmas tummy but partly due to the icy air blasting at me. Swimming in tropically-temperatured water in a 0 degrees air temperature was surreal, but exciting. And Man Utd lost to Derby, which were good. We saw deer, squirrels, rabbits and every species of British bird you could fit onto a Guardian wallchart, including a rook/crow/raven - we couldn't decide.

Sadly I didn't have chance to visit Harvey Towers, mostly due to the late nights and early starts resulting in a very pooped Alexia and Mrs Alexia riding home in the back of Dad's car; me on her DS playing MarioKart and her reading some novel or such. We did stop at Leigh Delamere though, in true Gavin and Stacey style.

As always, CP is highly recommended to anyone; especially in winter. It's magic.

I'd give my mothers right arm for a drunken luncheon with Nick.
