Ahh, but it's all about who those members are. I have found it effective to trust my gut feelings on members.

Neither, it's an internet forum administered by an Edinburgh based professional gentleman and a button pressing student from Dundee!

There is no law to govern such ethereal existences (yet). We could all decide to employ Mr Sput as Legal Advisor (when he qualifies) ;)
