My Sister worked for many years on the Customer Service Desk for Hertz at Manchester Airport and they did some wierd shifts. They weren't "family friendly" and the girls picked them in the end and they were gruelling enough to give them 3 days off every week. Basically almost "double shifts" etc to get alot of time off.
That probably isn't allowed now.

She never did. It was murder having to cope with the different shifts.

It's creeping back down again, now, isn't it.
Advertised at 95.9p for unleaded in Tesco Trowbridge yesterday, so I used my 5p off voucher and paid 90.9p a litre for a tankfull.
Okay, so I'll have to change down another gear to get the (not so) rapid racer up the hills, but I reckon it's worth it.

You can't expect people to stop mentioning your name, James Martin, if you never stop posting here.

He really is a total cunt. Once again I've banned him. And it was him this time, I'm sure, as apparently the last one was I Hate HTV West in disguise.
I do wish people who are suspected of being a James Martin would PM me or gav to point out who they are so we can put any JMcalling to bed.

I fully agree. Lord knows both Pete and I can keep a secret. If a new previous member wishes to join they only need explain and they'll be left to get on with it.

Certainly not. That would indeed be more than a full-time job for anyone.

Midnight and Britain became an even more ridiculously expensive place to live. It pisses me off.
No wonder American tourists walk round London in a state of shock when they realise a cup of coffee is gonna cost them $6.00
I was in London last week and my friend and I wandered around Covent Garden and popped into a pub there for a quick afternoon pint. Two pints cost £8.60 ($17.20)!!!!!!
I nearly cried.
Did you find that while you was in London you got black bogeys?
The London pubs are a rip off and they all have different age restriction laws. One pub down a back street off Charing cross road wouldn't serve allow 2 17 year olds in the pub although they only wanted a coke and burger. The rest of us were also hoofed out onto the street with our drinks ( i think it's cos me and my mate gobbed off to them).
And as for the Astoria. During a gig the price for 2 JD and cokes was about £8-9 yet after the gig G.A.Y. night began and all drinks all night were £2 ( as advertised in big letters outside). I was really pissed off about that.
