Note all the usual crap that this is very muchly unfinished, doesn't work half the time, and don't hold me responsible if your face explodes.
In theory you should be able to move it about from the BBC News DOG but this tends not to work. You're also meant to be able to right-click it to change the window alpha. Same warning.
"This application (the installer) has failed to start because CNCS232.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."
Edit: ok fixed it.
Edit: Its very nice actually, annoyingly it wont let me move it from the top of the screen, but its very perdy.

Yes, that was a bit daft, forgetting to include the runtime dll. IIRC it will be happier to move if you can manage to grab it from the BBC logo that appears between stories.

I use duel monitor setup now, so the desktop continues onto the other screen

I would show you my desktop, but at present one of my hard disks is hanging out of the machine's chassis and the other won't boot (running a surface scan on a 300gB disk is not a quick process). In the meantime I'm
amusing myself.

Glad you like it, took a bit of work...

No, I can't remember where I found it, but I've nothing better to do right now then find it again so gimme 15mins and I should have a link for you (and yes, it is rather lovely)
Edit: Less than 15mins, yay. Here is where I got it from
http://interfacelift.com/wallpaper/details.php?id=1174 It's quite an amazing site actually there are tons of really really nice wallpapers on there, most of them at huge sizes too.

By the way a tip for minmalists: if you right click your desktop, click View, and then click Show Desktop Icons, you can have an empty desktop. Best of all you can still put things on the desktop, but they just won't be shown on the desktop as a load of messy icons. Neat, huh!

Hehe, It's quite funny if you do that though, as I have, after a while the desktop becomes just another folder, when you turn icons back on, they more than fill the screen...

Ooh, where did you get your wallpaper from? Would you be willing to lob a copy in my direction?
