There should be a 1px gap between each topic row, at least that is how its been working in IE and Firefox. Where are you seeing this? Only on Opera / Opera mobile?

The forum page itself is on my list of things to tinker a bit more with. I'm currently sorting out the problems in the PM system and the control panel pages, so there should be a rather nice little upgrade later tonight to fix a lot of the major gripes (crosses fingers).
